Sabicas life and work refutes the wrong idea that one has to be andalusian to play flamenco.Sabicas was an exceptional guitarist and composer in the flamenco history. He was navarre and lived in America. This long time exiled explains why Sabicas was mainly the first flamenco guitarist playing as soloist. His huge discography as soloist overtakes the one of Paco de Lucía and Manolo Sanlúcar. We think that it was necessary to publish our collection with two volumes to show all the variety and the art of this composer. The first ("Flamenco sound tracks") includes the essential styles as Alegrías, Bulerías, Fandangos, Siguiriyas, Soleares...
