Description:
The inventors of 'flamenco-billy' return, going back to their most authentic flamenco roots, although they also continue with their politically committed style. In their continuous development since their debut, which was ten years ago, the Mártires del Compás have taken a further step forward. They had always taken charge of the production of their records, but on this occasion Julio Revilla, one of the band's members, was responsible for the sound as well. They are out-and-out defenders of innovation, and in this work they blend peteneras with bulerías, they invent new words and mix philosophy, talent and lyricism.
